Busy. Made 2 thousand donuts and forty pies. All gone before seven o’clock. Many to the trenches. Miss Van Harden went to do some shopping. Lt. Grett and Segt. Barr came and had pie and a Lt. stood at the door and watched us making donuts. It was a very pretty and busy evening.
