Saturday, February 16, 1918

Had a visitor. Gen. Dunken came while we were eating breakfast, had hot cakes. I made pies and it was a very busy day. The stories one hears about the front are most interesting. One of the men from the Intelligent Co. was killed.

            Had a very quiet evening.
