Monday, April 29, 1918

A rainy and muddy day but this is the life for me. The hut was crowded all day and the rain kept up. Capt. went to help Maj. Achens. It was a real treat; some of the boys were from the N.G. of the 26th. It was fine to see them. Went home late and happy. Heard good news that Col. B. was coming. A happy day.
